Overview
From May 20 to June 2, 2026 the Citizen Satisfaction telephone survey will gather feedback about a variety of topics to help understand residents’ opinions.
Results are shared with City Council and Administration to broadly help guide future City planning, policies and service improvements by understanding Red Deerians’ top priorities. A summary report of the 2026 Citizen Satisfaction survey results will be shared on The City’s website once available.
Your feedback is important
Public input is a key factor in City decisions and helps ensure services reflect community needs. Both Administration and City Council regularly use information gathered through engagement to better understand community perspectives at specific points in time.
The biannual Citizen Satisfaction survey is just one of several tools The City uses to help inform and support decision-making on an ongoing basis. Each tool plays a different role in informing decision-making alongside other data sets, operational information and community feedback gathered throughout the year.
